Important information on TRN and Invoice Requests for Guest Checkouts

Guest Checkout & Invoice Requirements

Guest Checkout is intended for faster purchases and quick order processing without the need to create an account.

Customers may place orders using the Guest Checkout feature without registering an account. However, Tax Invoices, TRN-compliant invoices, company billing documentation, or invoices issued under the customer’s company or individual name will not be provided for orders placed through Guest Checkout.

Customers requiring official invoices under their company or individual name must create a registered account and provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid permanent address, prior to placing the order.

Hotpack reserves the right to request additional customer information for invoicing, verification, compliance, fraud prevention, or order processing purposes. Failure to provide the required information may affect order processing or delivery eligibility.

By using Guest Checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
