Express Delivery - Terms & Conditions

  • Express Delivery service is available across selected cities in the UAE only.
  • Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to product availability and serviceable delivery locations.
  • In the event that any item in the order is out of stock, the available items will be delivered as scheduled.
  • Customers will be informed separately regarding the status and expected availability of out-of-stock items.
  • Express Delivery service is subject to operational availability and applicable delivery coverage areas.
  • Hotpack reserves the right to revise the Express Delivery service terms and coverage areas when necessary.
