Halloween Party Supplies in Bulk UAE: A Guide for Hotels and Restaurants
Halloween is not a small event in the UAE anymore. Hotels now do full-themed brunches. Restaurants run special menus for the week. Cafés sell a lot more cookies and cupcakes than usual. All of this means more cups, more tissues, and more packaging.
The problem is, these things usually run out at the worst time. In the middle of service.
So it makes sense to order your Halloween party supplies in bulk and early. In this post we have listed the products from Hotpack Webstore that work well for Halloween events, with some simple tips on how much to order.
1. Disposable Cups for the Drinks Counter
Guests go to the drinks counter again and again at a buffet. If the cups finish, the line stops.
We suggest keeping more than one size. 7 oz plastic cups are good for normal servings of juice or soft drinks. 6 oz cups are better for children. 5 oz cups are mostly used for samples or small tasting portions.
How many to order? Take your guest count and multiply by two or three. People always come back for a second drink. These are cold drink cups, so please check the product details first if you plan to use them for hot drinks.
2. Black, Red, and Green V-Fold Tissues
White tissues on a Halloween table don’t really match. A simple change of colour helps.
Black V-fold tissues (20 × 23 cm) are the most popular choice for this season. You can also use red V-fold tissues near the dessert section or green V-fold tissues if your theme has more colours.
At events, tissues get used up quicker than you think. Keep one extra pack at every station.
3. Portion Cups for Sauces and Dips
Halloween menus have a lot of snacks. Wings, fries, sliders, nachos. All of them need sauce.
The black portion cups with lids go well with a dark theme. If you want the sauce to be visible, use the clear 60 ml portion cups with lids instead.
Need more lids? We also have lids for 45, 60 and 80 ml portion cups. Check the size of your cups before you order lids.
4. Jars and Paper Bags for Takeaway
Many customers buy Halloween treats to take away. Parents pick up cookies before a party. Offices order snack boxes.
For cookies, our 260 ml clear plastic jars with lids are a good option. The customer can see what’s inside. Put a Halloween sticker on the lid and it becomes a nice gift.
For carrying the order, use brown paper bags with twisted handles. They are 32 × 20 × 33.5 cm and come in packs of 250. If the food is oily or not wrapped, put it in an inner wrap first.
5. How to Plan Your Order
Keep it simple:
-
Count the guests for all your events.
-
Check what each station needs.
-
Estimate how much each guest will use.
-
Compare with our pack sizes.
-
Order around 10 to 15 percent extra.
And order early. Deliveries get busy in the last week of October.
If you have more than one branch, use one common product list. Ordering becomes much easier.
